Ms. Chitsey is a founding partner at TXT4 CRM and the parent company Red Leaf ROI, LLC, and has been a serial entrepreneur in many ventures in the sales and marketing arena. Carrie brings the pragmatic experience of working for the Big 5 Consulting Firms and the vision of a forward thinking, “out of the box” entrepreneur. For over a decade she has built and redesigned sales and marketing strategies for Fortune 100 companies in the United States and internationally. Carrie is recognized by her peers as a Customer Relationship Management strategy innovator and thought leader. She has had a distinguished career selling professional and relationship management solutions to large corporations and small businesses alike.

Early in her career, Carrie spent 6 years in the Customer Relationship Management practice at KPMG/BearingPoint. Where she help build that practice up to over 300+ consultants in the CRM group. She was responsible for selling and built more than 50 call centers; while structuring and managing a large number of complex projects and solutions for Fortune 100 companies that included clients such as Chase, Bank of America, Nasdaq, New Century Mortgage, Accredited, AT&T, Nextel/Sprint, Hartford Insurance and many others.

In 2005, she ventured out to build several of her own large call centers and is still active in the call center outsourcing business. Carrie leads the drive for a new generation of sales though a process that improves profit margins and creates high-value return on investments for TXT4 CRM clients.

Ms. Chitsey attended the University of Texas for business management in Austin, Texas. Go Longhorns!! She has also received a Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified in multiple technologies such as Avaya, Siebel, Nortel and others. She serves on the board of several charity organizations in Texas; is an avid Texas Hold’em poker player; and she is a member of the National Women’s Business Council.

Joseph Murray Chief Operating Officer

With over 20 years experience delivering leading edge solutions in CRM, e-Commerce and Digital Commerce, Joe has become an accomplished expert at delivering a world-class customer experience.

Prior to joining TXT4 CRM, Murray served as VP Global Solutions Delivery for Qpass, Inc., where he developed and implemented customer-focused global account strategies. His responsibilities included driving high performance, global account teams that delivered content services, mobile storefront management, system integration and customer support. Before his work at Qpass, Murray was VP Global Professional Services for Epiphany, Inc. and Partner at KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint), where he worked with Fortune 500 businesses, to design and implement next generation marketing and contact center solutions. Murray is active in the community; participating on the board for a youth focused non-profit, Youth for Christ.

Mr. Murray received his B.S. in Decision and Information Science at Santa Clara University.
